As the first overseas subsidiary of BYD group, our main focus is to provide European customers with new energy vehicles, rechargeable batteries, solar panels, energy storage systems and other new energy products, as well as related after-sales services.
About the department:
The Service Digitalization Department is responsible for the business planning for digital systems and for aftersales information construction and management. As well as managing and implementing the aftersales systems.
Main responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze business and users’ requirements, create standard customer requirement
documentations and responsible for clarification with onsite testing & R&D product designing team. - Create Testing Plan and Test Cases regarding BYD After Sales IT Business Systems, execute
testing together with Integration team and business team, and provide mandatory outputs. - Responsible for IT System project management, cooperating with the EU IT and HQ IT team to carry
out the planning, implementation, upgrading, optimization and transformation of the IT Systems. - Communicate with local business internal / external stakeholders on system Q&A, providing training
to key users. - Develop and maintain local technical and business procedures related documentations.
Qualification and requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, preferably in software engineering, computer science, communication engineering, electronic information engineering and other related majors.
- Excellent English language skills.
- At least 2 years of experience in the development/delivery/maintenance of IT platforms related to the automotive industry such as DMS, SAP, WMS, SAP, CRM, etc.
- Proficient in server hardware, familiar with SQL Server, MySQL or Oracle database. Good at performance optimization for database-related issues;
- Experience on Large-scale server administration & database maintenance. Solid knowledge on network configuration and cyber security.
- Experience on IT product development by using JAVA/C++/C#/Python, or other languages is a plus.
- Excellent logical judgement, communication and organization skills, independent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
