Inviting applications for the role of Legal & CLA Specialist, HR & Payroll – Domain Trainee – Dutch -On site Hoofddorp
In this role, you are able to make a well thought out analysis of the relevant developments in the fields of HRO and Payroll legislation and regulations, the relevant collective labor agreements and company-specific regulations which are of relevance for our services, or which should lead to an adjustment in systems and processes.
You are responsible for proactively recognizing and translating these developments into usable solutions, including participating in the implementation of those solutions.
You are the link between specialists hosted at the customer, suppliers or the government and the delivery of our services. You have an advisory role both internally and externally and are able to monitor and adjust the relevant processes.

Responsibilities
• Monitoring, responding to and informing about new developments in Legal, HR and Payroll areas;
• Advising on the design of administrative processes and possible improvements based on the current situation and new developments;
• Contribute to the design and description of new or to be changed workflows / processes / procedures / systems;
• Carrying out controls / audits / random checks on administrative processes to validate whether legislation and regulations are applied correctly.
• First line of contact with external counter parts on the terrains of IT, taxes, premiums and labor conditions.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• Be able to read and interpret legal texts and collective labor agreement texts and to collect information about implementation;
• Experience with complex administrative processes and IT systems;
• Be able to communicate on a senior, professional level with a variety of third parties.
