Position Summary
The Workshop Technician (Mechanical/Electrical) role involves hands-on work with complex mechanical and electrical systems. Based in Hoofddorp, this position is ideal for technically oriented professionals eager to perform diagnostics, repairs, and testing on industrial control components within a high-tech, international workshop environment.
Key Responsibilities

Diagnose faults in governors and industrial control equipment.

Disassemble, repair, and reassemble mechanical and electrical components.

Conduct functional testing, calibration, and quality inspections.

Document all repair processes, test results, and technical findings accurately.

Collaborate closely with field service and engineering departments.

Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workshop environment.

Candidate Profile

MBO4+ degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.

Practical technical skills; workshop experience preferred but not mandatory.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Good command of English; Dutch language skills are an advantage.

Reliable, proactive, and motivated to learn.

Valid Dutch or EU work authorization required.
