About the Role
The Warranty Specialist – Passenger Cars position is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to start their careers in the automotive industry. The role focuses on ensuring excellent service for customers and service providers, contributing to a highly efficient warranty operation and maximizing customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Verify warranty reports and process warranty reimbursements according to the warranty operations management policy.
- Collect warranty-related information, analyze data, and prepare reports.
- Address warranty inquiries and explain policy details to service partners.
- Inspect abnormal warranty cases, conduct regular audits, and support the continuous improvement of warranty processes.
- Manage warranty parts, including auditing and handling parts for disposal.
- Assist in special events, material verification, and warranty-related processes.
- Organize and deliver on-site warranty business training sessions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (engineering, business, or related studies).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn, with strong cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
- A proactive attitude, with the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
- Interest in automotive technology or warranty operations is an advantage.
