As Warehouse Teamleader you will be responsible for a team of 10-20 people in the Warehouse. You will be training, assigning, scheduling and coaching the employees. Together with the Team you will help the company to support their fast-growing environment and bring the Warehouse to a next step.
Description
You are responsible for the daily management of the physical handling of in, storage, out and/or transshipment activities;
You supervise and co-execute the loading and unloading of trucks according to the supplied planning;
Taking care of the internal information and document flow is also your responsibility;
You make recommendations to management regarding working methods, tools and the layout of the warehouse;
The group that guides, instructs, corrects and stimulates you consists of 10 to 20 employees per shift;
You ensure compliance with the statutory occupational health and safety rules;
You report to the Warehouse Manager, who also replaces you in his absence.
