Warehouse Operative – Hoofddorp, Netherlands
Salary: Starting from €26,000 (based on experience)
Location: Hoofddorp, near Schiphol Airport
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
I am working with a leading company in the professional video and broadcast industry to find a diligent Warehouse Operative for their Netherlands distribution centre. This is a hands-on role within a small, busy warehouse team, ensuring the accurate and timely movement of goods to customers across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload goods vehicles, ensuring safe handling practices.
- Accurately inspect and scan deliveries, stowing stock in correct locations.
- Timely picking and consistent packing of orders, labelling shipments properly.
- Complete associated paperwork and administration tasks.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and work to high safety standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Familiar with safe manual handling and typical warehouse equipment (pallet trucks, forklifts).
- Flexi Narrow Aisle forklift qualification is ideal, but not essential.
- Strong computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
- Eligible to live and work in the Netherlands.
