Hycor Biomedical is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Clerk to join our Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, organization, and teamwork are essential.
We're looking for someone with hands-on warehouse experience combined with logistics and shipping knowledge—someone who understands inventory control, domestic and international shipping, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do
Shipping & Receiving
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy.
- Prepare, pack, and ship domestic and international customer orders.
- Generate Bills of Lading and shipping documentation.
- Coordinate freight carrier pickups and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate shipping records and resolve shipping discrepancies.
- Monitor shipping supplies and maintain warehouse organization.
- Collaborate with Customer Service to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
Inventory Control
- Maintain accurate inventory through daily cycle counts.
- Transfer released inventory into stock while verifying accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain inventory records for audits and compliance.
- Assist with outside processing and inventory replenishment.
- Support warehouse organization through daily 5S activities.
Customer Service Support
- Assist with customer order processing and shipping documentation.
- Prepare invoices, credit memos, and shipping paperwork.
- Provide shipment updates, tracking information, and order status.
- Assist with returned merchandise authorizations (RMAs).
- Partner with Sales, Technical Services, Planning, and Customer Service to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Warehouse experience required
- Logistics and shipping experience required
- Inventory control experience
- Experience with domestic and international shipping
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer skills and experience working with inventory or ERP systems
Preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing, biomedical, medical device, or regulated environment
- Familiarity with GMP and FDA regulated environments
- Forklift certification (preferred but not required)
