Job Description

As a member of the Benelux Telesales Team, you will be responsible for:

  • Acquiring new customers by phone and proactively expanding business in a wide range of companies, accounts and mobility partners;
  • Approaching relationships distinctively and as a full-fledged discussion partner, with your enthusiasm and your commercial skills, permanently binding them to SIXT;  
  • Gain insight into mobility needs negotiate, make offers and close sales transactions based on your own appointments with targeted customers;
  • In time you will prepare and present tenders;
  • Manage your sales funnel from start to finish;
  • Reporting on a regular basis to the Team lead Benelux.

Qualifications

Your Qualities:

  • Charismatic and empathic personality with strong relationship-building skills;
  • Excellent communication and proven negotiation skills and profound analytical skills;
  • Highly motivated, dynamic and hands-on personality, willing to go the extra mile;
  • Senior attitude in dealing with customer and partner;
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus;
  • You have completed a degree or training in tourism or business administration;
  • You have 1 year of experience in sales emphasizing the hunting aspect of account management;
  • You are motivated to grow successfully with your portfolio and take on any new challenge;
  • You have outstanding organizational skills, and you are used to working independently.
