We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Teacher Trainer, working closely with our Exam Centres to support the implementation of Cambridge English programmes in the Netherlands through. The pedagogical solutions department strives to provide innovative educational solutions that support teachers to develop their approaches in learning and assessment. In this role, you will work closely with educational entities to tailor training solutions to their unique requirements, fostering pedagogical excellence and effective assessment practices. Through workshops, seminars, and webinars, you will provide ongoing support to teachers and educational partners, supporting their continuous professional growth. Collaborating closely with regional sales teams, you will ensure the seamless integration of training initiatives with clients´ needs, while also spearheading the training of sales personnel on assessment and product knowledge. Additionally, you will engage with cross-functional teams to share insights, align strategies, and stay abreast of educational trends, enhancing the relevance and impact of our training offerings.You will possess a passion for education and assessment, coupled with a deep understanding of assessment approaches, instructional design principles and pedagogical trends. With extensive teaching and assessment experience, preferably in ESL/EFL contexts, and a proven track record in designing and delivering teacher training programmes, workshops, and professional development initiatives, you will be well-equipped to excel in this role. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a strong team-player mindset, will enable you to support and motivate your team members effectively. Additionally, your excellent presentation skills, combined with strong knowledge of Cambridge University Press & Assessment materials, assessments, and educational resources, will allow you to engage and inspire educators from diverse backgrounds.
