Tax Manager (RSM Netherlands Innovation & Tax)
RSM Netherlands Tax focuses on the innovative tax services that we render to internationally active companies from all over the world with a strong link to Europe and the Netherlands in particular.
Our key areas of focus are international tax, Dutch corporate tax and new focus areas such as ESG Tax, Global tax policy and governance.
Our clients all face a continuously changing range of international tax developments, ranging from Tax Transparency, Tax Governance, but of course also a different way of calculating profits influenced by BEPS 2.0 and especially Pillar 1 & 2.
As a Tax Manager in our team, you recognize yourself in the following profile:
· Completed tax or economic education at Dutch university level.
· At least 5 years of work experience with a completed professional training (NOB).
· Client-oriented and stress-resistant.
· Good command of the Dutch language.
· You get inspired by new developments and are keen to make an impact on the development of our people and the way we serve our clients.
· You are driven in your personal and professional development. In a problem, you see the challenge of finding the right solution.
You will be a critical part of over 200 tax professionals at RSM Netherlands but foremost you are a vital part of over 35 innovative tax professionals out of the Amsterdam-Schiphol office (Hoofddorp) which will be your main place of work. RSM Amsterdam-Schiphol (Hoofddorp) is located in the modern and sustainable Pharos office building. Easy to reach from surrounding cities, with parking facilities and the Hoofddorp train station right next door.
In the role of tax manager within RSM Netherlands Innovation & Tax, you will not only be at the forefront of tax advice, but also play an important role in its implementation and maintenance.
