- Air freight handling & administration in accordance with their internal procedures. Include order entry, booking & pick up arrangement, freight consolidation and documentation creation, billing administration for outgoing and incoming invoices.
- Track and trace for air shipments, interact with the customers in arranging their international shipments, to meet the expectations of the customers with services provided.
- To communicate proactively with the customers, suppliers and overseas partners.
- To establish and extend the relationship with airlines and local GSAs
- To be responsible the procurement and the development of their road freight products, sourcing for qualified partners, include Domestic and International services.
- Other assignments by managements.
Working in a international environment!Taking care of all airfreight related shipments
- 1-2 years related logistics work experience is a plus.
- A flexible and hard worker, not 9-5 mentality.
- Open to work during the weekend shift.
- Be a team player and have the ability to listen, comprehend and effectively communicate to obtain positive results.
- Pro-active and strong organization skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Good computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Be able to write and speak in English and Dutch.
