About the role
As a Service Strategy Specialist, you will be part of the after-sales department within BYD Europe. You will be responsible for the Strategic planning for after-sales construction and management.
As Service Strategy Specialist you will:
- Grasp the service concept, formulate service strategies, build service standards, and create service systems according to service formats.
- Develop service products and improve after-sales service experience according to various scenarios of vehicles.
- Market after-sales service research and service benchmarking analysis of competing products.
- Customer demand research.
- Service digitalization planning and logical design.
- Expand service channels, integrate service resources, reduce service investment, and improve service agility.
- Formulation and release of after-sales business policies, management regulations and evaluation policies.
- Management of service operation of service providers.
- Other malleable business.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 2+ years of Automotive service experience is preferred.
- Proficient in office software application, able to conduct data analysis and write analysis reports.
- Good communication skills.
- Active thinking, logical rigor, with good insight.
- Good working attitude, and have the ability to work independently.
- Excellent English language skills. Any additional languages will be considered a plus.
- Experience ever being part of the car/ LCV fleet business would be a big plus.
- Strong cross culture communication skills.
- Serious and responsible working attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines in a dynamic environment.
