EPAM has several openings at Manager, Senior Manager, Director level for Senior Data Analytics Technology Consultants/Architects to join our rapidly expanding Data and Analytics Practice in the Netherlands. These are great opportunities to work closely with our European Data business whilst partnering with multiple clients to enhance and solve their technical data challenges.
Responsibilities
Act as Data Technology Consultant and/or Data Solution Architect, working with delivery team in various sized complex programmes
Help drive technology consulting, architecture engagements and transformation through execution phases and work closely with internal, client and third-party vendor mixed teams
Take an active role in aligning closely with EPAMs wider leadership teams to help shape the business/technology/strategic direction and footprint across multiple clients projects with varying degrees of maturity
Engage customer organizations at the executive / C-level, helping customers drive enterprise-wide agenda as well as external and internal partners to maximize growth within an account/client portfolio
Help drive Data Analytics initiatives whilst producing relevant deliverables whilst understanding the intersections between technology, customers, and business
Lead diverse teams of technical data & analytics professionals within EPAM
Stay abreast of current and emerging trends and challenges of the space/markets and geographies in which the clients operate, and how it affects clients business and initiatives
Work closely with project/program management to ensure successful delivery through an integrated delivery model
Support sales/pre-sales activities by assessing Data opportunities, responding to RFPs, creating proposals and presentations, establishing relationships with prospective clients, and helping to close deals
Requirements
A Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science or similar or relevant work experience
Fluent English language is essential
Strong experience in a hands-on Senior Data Technical Consultant, Data Solution Architect or Head of Data Analytics role
Extensive experience developing and growing client relationships and leading technical Data & Analytics teams delivering end-to-end solutions of different sizes and maturity
Experience/knowledge in modern data stack – Databricks, Snowflake, DBT, Spark, Data Science, Data Management, Data Storage, Data Visualization
Good Cloud experience/knowledge in at least one of the Cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Solid experience in continuous delivery tools and technologies
Ability to clearly articulate the pros and cons of technology choices, recommendations, presenting analysis and solution design decisions to clients for complex transformation projects for the ultimate success of their business
Pre-sales experience whilst executing and leading on rapid conceptual designs, proof-of-concepts and client presentations
