Our lead consultants provide thought leadership, develop innovative solutions, and ensure the overall success of projects. You will collaborate with client executives to drive business growth and assist in achieving organizational goals, working closely with our Managing Director and Practice Lead to identify new business opportunities and generate business through Pre-sales activities. You will be responsible for defining the scope of projects ensuring a well-defined estimate and approach for each client.

THE ROLE
As a Salesforce Solution Lead, you will focus on enabling our clients by taking ownership of the delivery of Salesforce solutions, managing client relationships which includes collaborating with senior stakeholders in the Mid-Market, General Business, and Enterprise companies, leading a team of functional and technical consultants while designing the solutions for our clients.

  • Lead and facilitate discovery, design & define sessions with clients & prospects, and explain salesforce products.
  • Doing demos, project estimates, project plans, project onboarding, kick-offs, overseeing projects, determining architecture, and taking responsibility for the strategic direction of engagements.
  • Provide recommendations and manage client expectations, identify potential areas to expand existing projects through discovery & deep dives into client projects, and join in on client visits after-sales qualification.
  • Provide guidance and advisory on implementation/configuration issues
  • Lead inspiration sessions to determine the future roadmap.
  • Mentoring team members in consulting skills and Salesforce best practices.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • 5+ Years experience as a Functional Salesforce Consultant 
  • Pre-sales experience will be highly advantageous.
  • Best-practice hands-on salesforce experience & knowledge.
  • Commercially minded
  • Strong operations experience in Sales, Service, and Marketing.
  • Agile experience.
  • Experience in the professional services industry is an advantage.
  • Dutch language skills are preferable
