A day in the life:
Start your day with a fresh cup of coffee (or tea :)) and dive into processing orders, ensuring everything is accurate and ready to go. You will prepare essential shipping documents, monitor open orders, and keep customers updated on status changes. Participating in Supply Chain Meetings with the Purchaser, you will discuss and flag potential issues to keep everything running smoothly.
Your day will also include handling customer inquiries and processing sales leads. You will manage return requests and credit notes, assist with product launches, and run monthly sales reports. Working closely with internal departments and external partners, you will ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities:
Order Processing: Manage and process orders accurately and efficiently.
Shipping Documentation: Prepare necessary documents to release shipments.
Order Tracking: Monitor open orders and update customers on status changes.
Supply Chain Meetings: Participate in meetings with the Purchaser and identify potential issues.
Revenue Monitoring: Keep an eye on monthly revenue and report any concerns.
CRM Management: Process sales leads and log complaints in our CRM system.
Customer Support: Address product-related and technical questions from customers and sales colleagues.
Sales Manager Support: Act as a liaison with internal departments, distributors, and end-users.
Your qualifications:
Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role, with a strong background in customer service.
Education: MBO 4 or Bachelors’ degree.
Languages: Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Dutch, French, or German is a bonus.
