The Role:

As a sales support coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the field sales team, ensuring smooth sales processes and excellent customer service. You will be responsible for coordinating offers, handling customer data, and managing sales-related information within SAP. This is a dynamic role requiring strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the field team in preparing tender documents and sales-related documentation.
  • Create and coordinate offers for new and existing customers in the German region, including cost assessments and price negotiations.
  • Act as a key liaison between the field service team and central departments.
  • Maintain and update customer data and sales-relevant information.
  • Archive relevant documentation to support compliance and audit processes.

Experience required:

  • Completed apprenticeship or experience in a commercial or sales-related role.
  • Fluency in German and English (French is a plus).
  • Experience of tendering process is desirable.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Teams, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.

The Package:

  • Salary: €40,000 – €45,000
  • Bonus: 5% annual performance-based bonus

Desired Skills and Experience

Completed apprenticeship OR experience in a commercial or sales-related role.
