- Assist the Senior Trader in maintaining and growing customer and supplier relationships across the German-speaking market, including Germany, Switzerland, and Austria.
- Proactively develop new business through cold outreach to dealers, traders, and strategic partners.
- Contribute to negotiations and help close commercial deals.
- Create and distribute marketing communications to customers and partners.
- Maintain and update the customer database to ensure accurate and current information.
- Monitor market developments and identify new commercial opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as logistics, pricing, and administration.
- Manage aftersales activities, including claims handling, delivery follow-ups, and customer inquiries.
- Gradually grow into full responsibility for your own trading portfolio.
