Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with current distributors and strategic partners.

Collect and analyze market information to identify new growth and support decision-making.

Train distributor and installer teams on products and technical knowledge.
-
Assist distributors in identifying and closing sales opportunities.
-
Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and improve products.
-
Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and activities.
-
Adapt to cross-cultural collaboration and follow headquarters’ directives and proactively support and execute company channel sales policies.
Qualification
-
A strong network of contacts within the renewable energy, especially for residential energy storage and small-scale C&I energy storage.

Strong technical knowledge of energy storage and inverter products, preferred technical sales or business development manager.

Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Fluent in Dutch and English.

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and business development in solar industry.

Comfortable with domestic and international travel as required by the company.

Enjoy challenging tasks with a friendly, positive and customer-driven attitude.
