YourResponsibilities
As an ImplementationManager, you will lead the implementation of new MSPs and themigration of existing programs. You will oversee all projectphases, ensuring clear communication and strong stakeholdermanagement. Your key responsibilitiesinclude:

ProjectManagement: Independently develop project plans, monitorprogress, and ensure successfuldelivery.

Governance& Collaboration: Identify necessary resources andalign internal and externalstakeholders.

StakeholderManagement: Maintain excellent internal and externalcommunication throughout theprocess.

Problem-Solving:Utilize strategic insight and expertise to proactively addresscomplex challenges, such as workstream dependencies, integrations,and datamigration.

ChangeManagement: Implement changes smoothly, ensuring theycontribute to project goals and client satisfaction. Engage allstakeholders in the new way of working and ensure a seamlesstransition.
