Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the procurement of automation-related materials such as conveyor belts, bins, and shelves;
- Develop and manage suppliers, conduct supplier evaluations, and optimize supplier performance;
- Negotiate procurement contracts, control costs, and ensure product quality and on-time delivery;
- Monitor order execution and handle procurement-related issues;
- Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and optimize procurement strategies;
- Communicate and collaborate closely with internal business and project teams to ensure material delivery;
- Maintain procurement data and submit regular procurement analysis reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred
- At least 3 years of procurement experience, preferably in the automation industry
- Strong understanding of supply chain management and procurement processes, with cost control and supplier management skills
- Experience in procuring conveyor belts, bins, shelves, and similar materials is a plus
- Fluent in both Chinese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office software
- Strong negotiation skills, teamwork spirit, and ability to work under pressure
主要职责:
- 负责自动化行业相关物料(如传送带、料箱、货架等)的采购工作;
- 开发和管理供应商,进行供应商评估与优化;
- 负责采购合同谈判,控制成本,确保采购质量和交货期;
- 跟进订单执行情况,处理采购异常问题;
- 进行市场调研,分析行业趋势,优化采购策略;
- 跨部门沟通,与内部商务团队,项目团队紧密沟通,确保物料交付等;
- 维护采购数据,定期提交采购分析报告。
任职要求:
- 本科及以上学历,供应链管理、国际贸易、机械或相关专业优先;
- 至少3年采购经验,具备自动化设备行业经验者优先;
- 熟悉供应链管理及采购流程,具有成本控制和供应商管理能力;
- 具备传送带、料箱、货架等物料采购经验者优先;
- 中英文流利,具备良好的书面及口头沟通能力;
- 熟练使用SAP,Excel, PPT等办公软件;
- 具备良好的谈判技巧、团队合作精神及抗压能力。
