Job Description:
- Process orders and invoices in SAP system, ensure that daily operational business is managed correctly and effectively
- Confirm product availability and coordinate with internal departments to fulfill orders
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, updates, and any potential delays
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Creating operational and customer-driven reporting utilizing business intelligence tools
- Taking a self-driven approach to solving problems and improving order management processes and systems
- Applying a continuous improvement mindset to enhance current processes order-to-Cash-related improvement
Requirements：
- Prxperience in order processing or customer service is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient English both written and spoken.
