As a Personal Assistant, you’ll be responsible for scheduling meetings, taking notes, arranging travel, and processing correspondence on behalf of management. You may also perform administrative tasks and assist with other duties. Your duties will include:

Reporting to management and performing secretarial and administrative tasks

Writing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations

Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records

Licenseing with internal departments, answering phone calls, and making travel arrangements

Handling internal and external correspondence on behalf of management

Scheduling appointments, maintaining an event calendar, and sending reminders

Copying, scanning, faxing documents, and taking notes

Preparing for planned events and providing refreshments as needed

Ordering office supplies and replacements, and managing mail and courier services

Adhering to best business practices and etiquette

Your profile:

Fluent in English (any other language is a plus)

Good communication and organizational skills

Availability of 32–40 hours per week

Minimum of 3 years of work experience

Willing and able to work from the Cruquius office

Residing near Spaarneweg 14, 2142 EN Cruquius, Netherlands

What we offer:

A competitive salary between €2,560 and €3,000 gross per month
