Job Description
This is a role where there is a lot of room to develop the business and yourself. Ideally this is a role for people who are keen to work in an independent role in an international environment.
Some of the main responsibilities:
Support the Marketing Programs, such as regional marketing plans – handling, approvals and clear reporting.
Handle the external and internal order/invoice procedure
Support in the activities in CRM, regarding data management and email marketing
Maintain all social media channels that Vivitek Marketing team is working with
Ownership of the logistics of all marketing goods
Support customer with general marketing inquiries
Presence at events, supporting logistics, coordination of hotels etc.
Qualifications
Bachelor or MBO education diploma in Marketing or any relevant field
3-5 years of working experience in Marketing.
Advanced knowledge on MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. MS Dynamics skills are a bonus
Affiliation with AI dynamics is considered a plus
Excellent command of English is required. Any additional European language is a plus
Web content management experience is needed
Able to work under pressure (stress resistant) in a fast moving environment.
Have a friendly, helpful personality.
