Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Marketing Automation and Website Specialist to drive the development, optimization, and automation of Delta Electronics EMEA’s digital marketing ecosystem, with a strong focus on marketing technology, programming, AI-driven automation, and marketing platform development. In this role, you will play a key role in transforming traditional marketing operations into a more data-driven, automated, and digitally connected environment.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Automation & Workflow Optimization:

  • Lead and drive the development of marketing automation workflows and digital processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize AI-driven tools for marketing operations, content management, analytics, and workflow automation.
  • Develop and continuously enhance internal digital marketing platforms, dashboards, and system integrations.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive marketing tasks, reporting processes, and operational workflows.
  • Optimize and manage integrations between all existing MarTech Stack

Marketing Platform Development:

  • Lead and drive the development and programming of internal digital platforms, portals, and web-based tools to support marketing and business operations.
  • Develop user-friendly interfaces and ensure strong UI/UX principles across digital platforms.
  • Build and optimize integrations between internal systems, APIs, AI services, and external platforms.
  • Lead the implementation and orchestration of AI-driven workflows, agents, assistants, and automation solutions.
  • Ensure digital platforms follow modern development standards, security practices, and maintainable architecture.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable digital tools and platform features.
  • Continuously explore innovative technologies and programming approaches to improve digital experiences and operational efficiency.

Website Management:

  • Lead the development and execution of the website strategy, including UI/UX design, content strategy, and SEO optimization.
  • Collaborate with the corporate team to ensure seamless integration with the CMS.
  • Explore and integrate AI-driven tools to enhance website efficiency, personalization, and analytics.
  • Monitor website performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management and maintenance of the company’s websites.
  • Collaborate with the corporate team to implement new features and improvements in CMS and the front-end.

Intranet Management

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain an engaging and informative intranet.
  • Gather and actively incorporate employee feedback to continuously improve the intranet and meet the evolving needs of the workforce.

Innovation & Leadership:

  • Proactively identify new opportunities for digital marketing growth and innovation.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Technology, Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Media, Web Development, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing technology, digital platform development, automation, website management, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, digital ecosystems, and MarTech platforms.
  • Experience with website technologies, CMS platforms, APIs, and system integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with programming or scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, SQL, or similar technologies.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web development practices.
  • Experience with AI-driven tools, workflow automation platforms, or AI integration technologies is highly preferred.
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive digital experience design.
  • Experience with analytics and reporting platforms such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Experience with automation platforms such as Power Automate, Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar tools is considered a plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and project ownership mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Fluent English speaking and writing is required; German or French is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
