Job Description
- Managing Hyxi Technology Europe B.V. logistic duties: inbound and outbound of shipment, stock coordination;
- Working closely with Sales, RMA, BO, Supply Chain and external warehouse company;
- Handling all issues with freight forwarder and other logistics companies to coordinate the shipments;
- Being the process cooperator/coordinator of the tailored Hyxi ERP systems;
- Contact various transportation companies to acquire shipping quotes and select the most cost-efficient, available and reliable carrier(s);
- Coordinating warehouse activities;
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
- Conduct monthly inventory reconciliation;
- Other duties as directed by Business Operation and Logistics Director
Job Requirement
- Min. a Bachelor degree
- 3 years of recent relevant experience
- Strong communication, analytical, organizational, customer service and skills
- Profound knowledge of MS Office and Oracle systems
- Self-starter with ability to work with little supervision
- Accuracy in this role is mandatory
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Fulltime 40 hours per week
- Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and spoken)
- Dutch would be considered as plus.
