You will be working for one of our clients in Hoofddorp, an active player in international logistics services.brAs a Hands-On Logistics Coordinator, you are the heartbeat of the operation. You start your day in the early or late shift with a quick alignment meeting to divide the daily tasks. Next, you guide your team on the floor, monitor progress, and ensure a safe working environment. Do incoming shipments pile up or peak hours kick in? You roll up your sleeves, jump on the forklift or reach truck, and actively pitch in. Additionally, you communicate with internal departments, update logistics data in the WMS system, and keep international contacts up to date.
