Who am I? As a Supply Planner, you are a key player in ensuring a seamless and smooth execution of the Supply planning process in order to guarantee the availability of the products, anticipate on risks while optimizing cost and improving the quality of stocks.

You are passionate about optimizing inventory levels, supply chain flows, and collaborating with various teams from the business, supply chain and S&OP teams to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction. 

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

My responsibilities:

  • Build the Supply plan based on the validated sales forecasts, including the co-packing plan, the stocks and supply/ procurement parameters. 
  • Monitor inventory levels and take proactive measures to mitigate potential Risks on Out of Stocks or Excess. 
  • Manage stock levels, health of the stocks (Excess & Obsoletes) and anticipate expiries in accordance with the objectives of the country, animate, alert and follow-up of action plans.
  • Collaborate closely with your stakeholders form the business, supply chain team, IDC/S&OP teams to ensure timely and cost-effective product availability.
  • Manage the replenishment process through the evaluation of the shortage risks, proactively alerting the S&OP/IDC teams on priorities and challenge on MADs.
  • Determine the stock and supply parameters according to the strategic objectives of the business aiming for the targeted/budgeted Service level, costs and global stock.
  • Support with building the budgeted stock according to the stock and supply parameters.
  • Identify and implement process improvement to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Your profile

    To maintain our top position in the market, we are looking for an ambitious person, with strong convictions and believes. You are agile, with a problem solving mindset and confident to challenge the status quo. 

    Our ideal candidate has:

  • Completed WO education; preferably towards Supply Chain;
  • At least – years of relevant work experience in a similar position in a manufacturing environment;
  • Proven affinity with the field ‘Supply Chain’; preferably experience within FMCG
  • Command of the Dutch or English language in word and writing;
  • High knowledge of Excel and excellent analytical.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Stress resistant and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude, strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with and convey information to cross-functional teams and S&OP/IDC Teams.
