About your team

You are part of the corporate team of KASCMS in total and report to the BNL Collaboration Manager. The KASCM team is part of the corporate BNL customer care, credit, and data team. KASCMs are based in Brussels, KASCMs are based in Hoofddorp. Your customer portfolio comprises of the most strategic customers of the L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty (LDB) division in the Netherlands, and therefore you will also report to the BNL Supply Chain Director of that division. Your counterpart in Brussels is responsible for the Belgian customers. On a day-to-day basis you will work closely with the LDB key account managers and supply chain team as well as with the corporate customer care & credit teams. 

The role of KASCM

The KASCM role consists of a combination of operational and strategic responsibilities, of which the balance will shift in line with your maturity in the role. Your mission is to maximize product availability on shelf, at the minimum cost, while providing the best customer service . Please find below a few deliverables that are expected of you to fulfill this mission. 

  • Be the preferred point of contact for your customers and establish a professional relationship to drive collaboration and customer satisfaction to the next level.
  • Set up and animate recurring meetings with your customers and internal stakeholders to track performance and follow-up on proposed action plans.
  • Coordinate information sharing between your customers, commercial and supply chain teams about product availability, short-term catalog changes, promotions & animations. 
  • Analyze supply chain KPI’s such as Service Level, Dispute Rate, On Time in Full, Stock in Trade, Online Availability and make data driven decisions to fuel action plans.
  • Proactively identify business risks and seek for pragmatic solutions to meet customer demands.
  • Contribute to L’Oréal sustainability goals by optimizing (return) flows and order frequency and make use of a Cost-to-Serve analysis for further optimizations in physical distribution.

    You are analytical strong but pragmatic when the situation requires. You can prioritize and keep focus of your goals. As a person you are determined to make a great impact by taking initiatives and sharing your ideas. It is important to collaborate with different stakeholders, and if necessary, you need to convince them of your ideas to move forward. Furthermore, you are open minded and supportive towards new initiatives. 

    Our ideal candidate:

  • Has – years of working experience either in supply chain, customer care or sales.
  • Has a completed bachelor and/or master’s degree
  • Speaks Dutch preferably, English is a must.
  • Is available full time ( hours per week) 
  • Has some experience with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and PowerBI.
