Key responsibilities of the role:

Laptop preparation for employees and resolution of various desk issues.

Network project construction and daily maintenance.

Cooperation with HQ IT on tests or IT implementations.

Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the organization.

Other IT related activities and contingent assignments.
Qualifications and requirements:
-
Bachelor`s degree in computer science or IT-related majors.

Experience in 1st line IT support.

Fluent English language skills.
-
CCNA, CCNP or ITIL certifications are an advantage.

Chinese language skills are a plus.

Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
