Device & Systems
Supplier & Vendor
Act as a primary point of contact for EuT hardware and software Coordinate with vendors to schedule, test, and implement changes, service improvements, and new software Evaluate new technologies and solutions from suppliers, providing recommendations to enhance our digital Hold vendors accountable for service level agreements (SLAs) and performance
Problem Management & Continuous
Serve as a Tier 3 escalation point for complex end-user computing issues that cannot be resolved by the service Proactively monitor the EuT environment to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for Develop and refine processes to improve efficiency, security, and the overall end-user
Digital Workplace
Partner with the Digital Workplace team, business analysts, and key stakeholders to understand business requirements and Translate business needs into technical solutions, contributing to the strategic roadmap for the end-user Assist in the evaluation and implementation of modern workplace solutions, such as collaboration tools, unified communications and video Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical standards, procedures, and user

Required education, knowledge and
Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in 3-5+ years of working experience in an End User Computing, Desktop Engineering, or a similar technical role in an international Professional proficiency in English Strong expertise in managing modern operating systems: Windows Experience with Solid understanding of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), Group Policy Objects (GPO), and related identity Understanding of scripting for automation in an enterprise Familiarity with endpoint security solutions (Antivirus, EDR, Disk Knowledge of networking fundamentals Ability to work independently and as part of a ITIL or other relevant certifications Work from OMRON Headquarters in Hoofddorp, The candidates must be eligible to work in The
