Internship: Global Strategy & Insights (Paediatric and Adult Nutrition) – Danone – Hoofddorp

You will have the chance to support our global team in our Specialized Nutrition Unit at Danone. You will be part of a highly motivated, international team and you will work at our office in Hoofddorp, NL.

In this role you will get to live and breathe in the world of our parents, children, patients, caregivers, Health Care Practitioners (HCPs), whoever they may be in different countries around the world, to fuel our business with understanding that will positively impact our adult and paediatric medical nutrition businesses.

Throughout this internship, you will have to prove yourself being able to adapt to the dynamic marketing environment and appear as a key business partner to the team.

You must have become curious to know what responsibilities you would have? You will be asked to:

You will provide specific analysis to identify business opportunities for Danone

You will be in contact with the S&I and Marketing teams to assist them in the analysis, interpretation, and presentation of results

You will support or contribute to ad hoc studies under the supervision of S&I Senior Manager responsible for the Adult Medical Nutrition category,

You will support the S&I team on topics such as internal communication and campaigns, facilitation/ animation of workshops & meetings, team outputs and presentations

About You

As a Strategy & Insights intern, analytical thinking and storytelling will be second nature to you. You can extract and analyse insights or data from various sources and have the ability to combine them into a clear story with actionable recommendations. You should definitely be an enthusiastic self-starter who is proactive, organized, not afraid to work autonomously and knows how to prioritize & respect deadlines.

On top of that? You’re a curious person who’s always looking for opportunities to learn and develop. Finally, you are at ease with Excel and Powerpoint.

There are also some compulsory requirements:

Enrolled as a Bachelors/Masters student during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);

Ideally available to start in October 2024 or in January 2025 for a minimum of 6 months, 4-5 days per week;

You are fluent in English – spoken and written;

You are able to work from Hoofddorp 2 days per week;

Please note that you are required to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and get a BSN.

We Offer

We offer a gross monthly internship allowance 650 euros per month and a home working allowance/contribution towards travel. Please do keep in mind that we do not offer relocation and/or accommodation benefits for students coming from abroad.

* Please be aware that you must acquire a BSN number to receive the full internship allowance.
