What you will do

We offer the  following three digital internships

Digital Content and Projects – Consumer Products Division (CPD)

With the Digital Project Manager and the Content Managers you will analyze all your activities and you will send them if needed to contribute to the awareness, engagement, and conversion targets for our brands.

Your tasks will include:

·Keeping digital assets (websites) up to date.

·Optimizing the User Experience of the digital assets.

·Taking care of quality and timeliness of marketing campaigns.

·Taking care of quality and timeliness of optimalisation of digital assets.

Digital – Professional Products Division (PPD) 

This internship ispart of the multi-brand digital team in the Professional Products Division ofL’Oréal. As a Digital intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute tovarious digital tasks that are crucial to the success of our PPD brands. Here’swhat you can expect:

  • Execute and optimize CRM tasks for L’Oréal PPD brands. This includes collecting, monitoring, managing, and analyzing customer data. You’ll work with CRM tools such as Salesforce and develop your expertise in data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide ad-hoc support for email campaigns, assisting in crafting content and delivering impactful messages.
  • Collaboration and communication with internal stakeholders, fostering teamwork and learning how to effectively communicate ideas and insights.
  • Actively contribute to customer engagement initiatives, bringing your fresh ideas to the table and helping us create meaningful and innovative experiences for our customers.
  • Digital and Communication – Dermatological Beauty (LDB) 

    You will work within the LDB Digital & Communication team together with the Digital Assets and Analytics Manager, the Social & PR Manager and the CRM Manager. You will be a ‘digital centipede’ and you will contribute to reaching our (digital) paid, earned & owned targets. The fields you will be working in will be digital assets (websites), Search Engine Advertising (SEA), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media & Influencer marketing, CRM and Analytics. You are a digital social addict, nicely critical and a true team player! 

    What we ask

  • You are available for months, full time
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch (or French)
  • You are in the bachelor, gap year or master phase of your academic
  • You are proactive, open-minded, and motivated to learn
  • You are not looking for a “thesis internship”
