Job description:

Recruitment; Recruitment from A to Z

· Creating and posting advertisements and job ads · Keeping the website careers page up-to-date

· Searching for recruitment tools and social media channels

· Contact person for agencies and recruitment channels

· Arranging the first round interviews; contacting the candidates

· Making employment contracts, files, recruitment plan and introduction

· Making overview of recruitment data · Undertaking office administrative work HR administration

· Handle employee onboarding and resignation procedures

· Supporting with payroll related questions;

· Back up and support all other kinds of HR administration tasks: maintaining the systems, contracts, letters,applying for visas etc.

You are:

· A professional, enthusiastic and reliable person, who has an eye for detail and works accurately.

· You enjoy working in an international environment where every day is different.

· You are flexible, hands-on, a team player and have an understanding for different cultures.

· Your personal and communication skills in English (written and verbal) are excellent.

· Knowledge of another language is a plus.
