From the local Fluor office in Hoofddorp, Design and Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management (EPCM) projects are executed. To support the teams active in these projects, Fluor is looking for a HSE Manager to expand the existing team of HSE professionals.
As a HSE Manager, you will play a crucial role in our local Design and Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management (EPCM) projects, ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental practices are maintained throughout all project phases.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project HSE Leadership: Manage the HSE function across various small to mid-size projects, ensuring alignment with Fluor’s policies and management systems from project inception through field execution.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Interface with clients, project teams, and other stakeholders to establish and maintain robust HSE management systems.
• Audit and Compliance: Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits (VCA-p, ISO45001, ISO14001), ensuring compliance with all relevant standards.
• Program Development: Develop, customize, and implement HSE programs and initiatives to promote a culture of safety and sustainability across all office and project sites.
• Continuous Improvement: Conduct gap analyses to identify and address discrepancies between company practices, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Reporting and Liaison: Report to the Regional HSE Lead and liaise with Fluor, client, and contractor organizations to ensure seamless HSE operations.
