Your mission is to unlock new market potential, prioritize strategic initiatives, and orchestrate cross-channel execution in close collaboration with internal teams and external partners. With a team of 160 people and four collections per year, we demonstrate that responsibility and great product design go hand in hand.Cross-Functional Growth Orchestration: Act as central coordinator for growth initiatives across NL, BE, and Lux Align priorities, timelines, and responsibilities across Marketing, Customer Acquisition, CRM, Onsite/UX, and Sales Planning, Prioritization & Steering: Translate strategic objectives into clear initiatives and execution roadmaps Set priorities, monitor progress, and proactively remove roadblocks Campaign Localization & Market Relevance: Support ideation and localization of campaigns to ensure cultural fit Use performance insights and local knowledge to maximize impact Performance Monitoring & Insights: Track key KPIs across channels Translate performance data into actionable recommendations Stakeholder & Partner Management: Coordinate collaboration with internal teams and external agencies Ensure clarity on objectives, deliverables, and timelines Reporting & Communication: Prepare structured updates and decision-ready summaries Communicate progress, learnings, and business impact Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field 3–5 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, business development, or a comparable cross-functional role Proven experience coordinating initiatives across multiple teams Strong analytical mindset and KPI-driven thinking Experience in international or multi-market environments is a plus Native-level Dutch proficiency and strong English skills High regional flexibility with regular presence in the Amsterdam / Noord-Holland area Structured, proactive, and ownership-driven working style Inspiring work environment: Work in an innovative company that operates as sustainably as possible and continuously sets new standards.
