Are you the entrepreneurial communication & activation manager who would like to work in our Global Specialized Nutrition Unit within a fast-paced environment with lots of growth opportunities? In this challenging role, you will be defining and executing the consumer and Healthcare Professionals (HCP) content along their respective journey in order to deliver sustainable growth for Aptamil.
You will be responsible for creating global brand campaigns along with activation guidelines and developing playbooks to ensure the brand communication strategy lands successfully in each market. Our Specialized Nutrition Unit has been growing with our key categories and brands. As Danone’s biggest brand, Aptamil plays across multiple categories addressing key consumer needs in the core milks space serving both parents and baby’s needs. Our ambition with Aptamil is to win parents’ hearts and minds and be recognized as a true feeding partner for parents by both consumers and HCP worldwide.
- You will be developing consumer-driven & competitive messaging to fuel strong communication briefs for different markets.
- You will help design and execute global brand campaigns and manage the agency to create the contents to support key brand initiatives and innovations, both in close collaboration with other global functions and local teams.
- You will ensure the content & activations for both consumers and Healthcare Professionals are in line with the Global Brand Communication platform & Brand guidelines.
- You will be leading content development along the consumer journey and supporting local teams to ensure excellence in execution with guidance on activation and consumer engagement.
About you
In order to be successful in the role, you really understand the consumer journey in depth and have a passion for content. Your can-do attitude and agile approach will be critical to drive the brand’s positioning and execution. You enjoy working with external agencies and thrive in collaboration with internal stakeholders of the cross-functional team.
Next to this you also have:
- 2 to 5 years of brand management experience, preferably in both global and local roles
- Experience developing content and communication assets
- Excellent presentation and communication skills to all levels of seniority in a Matrix organization
- Experience in HCP Communication is a plus
- Fluency in English
