- Coordinate air‑freight export shipments for Latin American customers.
- Maintain communication with Latin American clients, carriers, and agents to ensure smooth operational processes.
- Prepare and process export documentation in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Monitor shipments and resolve any issues that may arise during transport.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with colleagues to optimize operational efficiency.

- Able to obtain an airfreight Certificate of No Objection (VGB). Has lived in the EU for 8+ years.
- Resides in the Randstad area.
- Proven experience in a comparable role.
- Excellent command of English and Portuguese, both spoken and written.
- Accurate, proactive, and responsible.
- Direct employment with the company, with the prospect of a permanent contract.
- Monthly salary up to €3.500 depending on experience.
- 70% of the pension premium paid by the company.
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer or full reimbursement of public transportation.
- 26 vacation days per year.
