- Collect all mandatory documents and information to process export shipments.
- Create and prepare both hard copy and digital export documentation following regulatory requirements.
- Book shipments with airlines and record all shipment-related costs accurately in job records.
- Maintain continuous communication with customers, providing shipment updates until delivery.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, collaborating closely with the Planning team.
- Monitor customs requests and report irregularities to management and the BAL (Business Area Leader).
- Propose new methods or solutions to enhance task efficiency and prevent recurring issues.
- Initiate claims in the case of damage, handle after-sales service, and execute delegated tasks.

The ability to obtain a Certificate of No Objection (VGB) from the AIVD.
Mandatory requirement to work with airfreight. - Minimum of two years experience with Air Export is mandatory
- Experience with Marine Parts is an advantage
- Experience with the software Scope is an advantage
- Excellent English proficiency verbal and written
