To support this growth and strengthen its financial operations, the company is seeking an entrepreneurial and solution-oriented Finance Controller to join its dynamic team.
Role Overview:
As the Finance Controller, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the company’s financial operations while contributing to strategic growth initiatives. You will provide valuable insights into financial performance, support process improvements, and collaborate with various entities within the Group to enhance financial efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to provide insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with teams in the Netherlands and the Czech Republic to ensure smooth financial reporting and processes.
- Process Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize and digitize financial processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Administration Enhancement: Take the financial administration to the next level by implementing innovative solutions and improvements.
- Reporting and Compliance: Prepare accurate financial statements and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and administrative procedures.
- Budgeting and KPIs: Oversee budgeting processes and monitor key performance indicators to drive operational excellence.
- Project Involvement: Contribute to strategic projects, such as implementing new reporting and consolidation tools, improving financial statements, and managing transfer pricing.
Ideal Candidate:

Requirements:
- Education: At least a completed HBO degree in Business Economics, Accountancy, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience in a financial role.
- Experience in a Big4 firm is highly advantageous.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of administrative procedures, relevant legislation, and the structure of administrative organizations.
- Skills: Analytical mindset with the ability to distinguish main issues from side issues, along with excellent problem-solving and customer-oriented abilities.
- Language skills: Fluency in both Dutch and English.
