Job responsibilities:
1. Oversee financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
2. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports.
3. Perform comprehensive analysis of financial data to support strategic decisions.
4. Manage the company’s financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems.
5. Ensure compliance with Dutch tax regulations and reporting requirements.
6. Coordinate and lead the preparation of tax filings and other regulatory documents.
7. Utilize enterprise resource planning systems for financial reporting, data analysis and process automation.
8. Work with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and procedures.
9. Provide financial insights and advice to management.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field.
2. Extensive experience as a finance director or similar position.
3. Familiarity with Dutch tax filings and regulations.
4. Proficiency in SAP financial management and reporting system is preferred.
5. Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
Annual salary:50,000-65,000
