Your Role
- The Control Tower Agent ensures the smooth execution of processes entrusted to us by clients, whether performed internally or outsourced to third parties.
- Core processes include managing master data, forecasts, prealerts, purchase orders, sales orders, distribution, returns, aftercare, and invoicing.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily operations and intervene as needed.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve unexpected issues.
- Contribute to improving quality and reliability by analyzing existing processes, participating in projects, and initiating internal and external improvement initiatives.

- Ability to obtain a Certificate of No Objection (VGB).
- Knowledge of and experience with Air Operations.
- Excellent command of English
- Analytically driven and able to provide advice on improvement projects.
