About the job
We are looking for a Business Support Specialist for our Financial department.
The Financial department within BYD Europe is responsible for financial planning, financial reporting and analysis, budget control, operational support and business support.
The main objective of the financial department is to ensure stable financial operations and provide supervision and support for business.
The Business Support Specialist reports directly to the Head of Financial Department
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for rebate settlement review, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of rebate settlement;
- Responsible for business policy review, ensuring the feasibility and timely issuance of business policies.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor analysis on the responsible vehicle models.
- Prepare rebate statements, summarize report data, and report to management to provide support for decision-making.
- Communicate and exchange rebates with financial team in all countries and regions, and provide rebate training to financial team.
- Answers questions and provides assistance to stakeholders, customers and clients as needed.
Required skills, qualifications and experience
- MBO or HBO education in finance, accounting, international economics and trade or another related area;
- 2-3 years of working experience in a similar role;
- Advanced spoken and written Chinese and English.
- Knowledge and understanding of corporate finance functions and procedures;
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint);
- Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills;
- Detail oriented and good with analyzing large data.
- Able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks;
- Having work experience in the automotive industry is a plus;
