Responsibilities
- Manage sales orders end-to-end, including PO confirmation and issuance. Coordinate cross-functional resources related to contract terms to ensure smooth and compliant contract execution.
- Handle contract amendments and return merchandise (RMA) processes.
- Conduct customer account reconciliation, support invoice issuance, and manage payment clearing.
- Track and analyze demo unit data within the region and drive the return of long-idle demo equipment.
- Take on additional tasks assigned by the manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields preferred.
- Fluent in English, able to use it as a working language.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in overseas business operations, sales support, or project management; B2B or cross-border trade experience is a strong plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate both internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Highly responsible and execution-driven, with a strong team spirit, logical thinking, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.
