As a valued member of the Benelux Sales Team, your role is crucial not only in managing existing customer relationships, but also in strengthening and expanding them. Your responsibilities focus on effectively managing existing accounts and cultivating lasting partnerships to optimise the growth of our business.

What will you do:

As a Business Account Manager, you will spend a lot of time talking to existing customers over the phone. Your goal is to expand the existing customer potential. You do this by analysing the mobility needs of your customers;

Then you make a plan to increase existing turnover. You negotiate new rates, offer new products and services and write quotations. Customer satisfaction is of course super important, otherwise you can never build and maintain a long-term relationship with your customers;

What makes this job extra fun is that you get to welcome new customers. Your colleagues from New Business have suggested a new customer and you will build a long-term relationship with them. So you don’t have to look for customers yourself. You let them know that you are their new primary contact;

Customer contact is mainly by phone. You work in a nice, modern office and, like your colleagues, you spend a lot of time on the phone and on the computer.

 

Qualifications

What do you bring:

  • Charismatic and empathetic personality with highly developed relationship building skills;
  • Excellent communication and proven negotiation skills, combined with deep analytical ability;
  • Highly motivated, dynamic and hands-on approach; willing to go the extra mile;
  • Senior attitude in dealing with clients and partners;
  • You speak Dutch (native or at least C1 level, you have to speak dutch  to your customers on the phone) and english.
  • Completed education in tourism or business administration;
  • 1 year sales experience, with emphasis on maintaining and expanding existing customers;
  • Driven to grow successfully with your portfolio and willing to take on new challenges;
  • Excellent organisational skills and experience of working independently.

A gross monthly salary between €2,200,- and €2,800.

Monthly bonus of up to € 300.

Quarterly bonus of € 2,250,- at 100% OTE, more = possible !

Annual contract with the intention of a permanent contract.

A full-time working week lasts 38 hours at SIXT.
