For our L’Oréal Luxe division we are looking for a Brand Education Lead who will be responsible for the L’Oréal Luxe make-up and fragrance categories. Who am I?

In this role you are part of the Retail Services team, reporting to the Retail Services Director. The Retail Services team is responsible for enhancing BA love and engagement, with education as one of the main drivers. Your mission is to develop the brand’s BA engagement strategy and plan education content creation for the L’Oréal Luxe make-up and fragrance categories / skincare category. 

As a Brand Education Lead you work close with as well the Retail Educators, Retail Community Lead and Retail Services Coordinator, as the Retail and Brand/Marketing teams. The role is as well strategic as hands-on at the same time.

  • Develop the brand’s BA engagement strategy.Define clear O+O pyramidal strategy.Build upskilling program for Cat and Cat Build inspirational (partnership) program with retailers.Define yearly education plan according to launch calendars and field needs.Analyze KPI and share results.Create concept of Online format trainings ( Zoom & Elearning)Guarantor of good implementation of educational calendarAdministration tasks: create IO / stock follow up.Responsible of PPP
  • Create brand’s education plans, set objectives, prioritize, evaluate & share results.
  • Lead the category (fragrance and makeup) and brand’s training formats (blended learning O+O and adaptation of brand/generic training assets and tools)
  • Identify the education needs for own L’Oréal Luxe BAs and lead the service concepts and tools for top doors and own BAs.

    You are analytically strong but also pragmatic when the situation requires. As a person you are determined to make a great impact by taking initiatives and sharing your ideas. You are able to take a step back and strategize your key priorities. You are not afraid to connect and collaborate with different stakeholders, and you know how to convince them if necessary. Furthermore, you are open minded, supportive towards new initiatives and a real team player.

    Our ideal candidate has: 

  • Expertise on the BRAND: masters brand identity and knows value proposition.
  • Deep knowledge of the brand’s products and services and knows how to present and transmit them to different populations.
  • Knows customer profiles and transmits customer centricity.
  • Collaboration, coaching and commercial skills, to develop the best BA engagement strategy and education plan.
  • Is digitally savvy in terms of online education, social media & social influencing and using digital (reporting) tools.
  • Experience with internal and external stakeholder management
  • You speak fluently Dutch, English and French
