Job Description

What will you do?

  1. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to attract high-quality candidates for commercial positions.
  2. Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and interview potential candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for specific job openings.
  3. Candidate Selection: Present shortlisted candidates to clients, highlighting their strengths and aligning their profiles with the clients’ requirements.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and acting as a trusted advisor in the talent acquisition process.
  5. Job Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, job market dynamics, and salary benchmarks to provide valuable insights to both clients and candidates.
  6. Negotiation and Offer Management: Facilitate the negotiation process between clients and candidates, ensuring that both parties reach a mutually beneficial agreement.
  7. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal and ethical standards, maintaining accurate candidate records and managing relevant documentation.
  8. Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the client base and promoting the services of the recruitment agency.

The Successful Applicant

Who are you?

Minimum Education:

  • BSc/BA in business administration, human resources or relevant field – preferred but not required

Minimum Experience:

  • At least 2-3 years of recruiting experience on the agency side
  • Experience with Business Development or Sales are a plus

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to support multiple roles at a time (this will flux over time)
  • Ability to work under pressure and still being able to keep the overview and the priorities straight
  • Experience in full cycle recruiting and sourcing
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
  • Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbally, in English, Dutch is a pre
