All round Finance Administrator (Part time 24 hours) – Page Personnel – Hoofddorp


  • Processing incoming invoices in Easy Invoice
  • Taking care of the administration of the tours and new productions
  • General ledger administration (journal entries)
  • Monthly closing and all related activities
  • VAT returns for the Netherlands, Germany and France
  • Payroll administration (payroll processing is done by an external agency)
  • Monthly booking of credit card costs Processing the monthly accruals
  • Communicate with multiple colleagues, suppliers and partners
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and procedures
  • Providing input for management accounting and reporting

Flexibility|Additional benefits

  • Completed MBO education in a financial field
  • Approximately 5 years of experience in general accounting, preferably an international environment
  • Dedicated finance professional and a accounting specialist
  • Strong Excel skills and knowledge of the accounting system (Coda/Unit 4 Financial preferred)
  • Because we take care of the payroll administration, knowledge of AFAS is an advantage
  • Fluent English and Dutch, German is an advantage
  • Ability to determine own work and set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Experience working for a media/entertainment company is a plus
  • Good communicative skills
  • Self-start and hands-on mentality

  • Part-time position for 20 to 24 hours per week, hours can be arranged flexibly
  • Salary based on full-time € 3,200 – € 3,500 (depending on experience)
