    Functieomschrijving

  • Collect and create required import documentation
  • Possess relevant expertise and stay updated on market and technology developments.
  • Ensure accuracy in handling and administration.
  • Manage import requests, maintain client contact, and handle documentation.
  • Record all related costs, work accurately and proactively, and distinguish between major and minor issues.
  • Follow up on Customs requests and report irregularities.
  • Identify and report quality issues, provide customer updates, and ensure clear internal communication.
  • Set high work standards, address inaccuracies promptly, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Develop innovative solutions and new methods in consultation with supervisors.
  • Focus on problem-solving, negotiating effectively, and collaborating with colleagues.
  • Initiate claims for damage, handle aftersales, and perform delegated tasks.

  • Ability to obtain a VGB (Certificate of Good Conduct)
  • Experience with airfreight logistics operations
  • Having a Jr. Customs Consultant / Declarant lisence is a bonus
