About Network Department
Network Department is responsible for the dealer management, expansion, performance evaluation, and showroom construction.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the implementation and promotion of network development projects and follow up on project milestones.

Coordinate monthly meetings between headquarters and regional teams, and track key action items.

Provide operational and administrative support for other network management activities as required.

Establish information-sharing mechanisms to promote efficient communication and collaboration across markets.
Required skills, qualifications and experience

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Automotive, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience in network management, project management, or marketing promotion;
experience in cross-market coordination is a plus. -
Proficient in office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project management tools is preferred.

Strong problem-solving ability, capable of following up on project execution and establishing closed-loop management.

Highly responsible and proactive, able to work efficiently in a multi-task environment, detail-oriented, with strong planning and organizational skills.
